4:15 p.m. Arrive, unload, etc.

5:03 p.m. Performance
5:15 p.m. Pack equipment, change out of uniform, eat dinner, watch guards 6:30 p.m. End of Class SRA – Leave for EP
7:45 p.m. (approx.) Arrive at EP, unload equipment

    Bring a bag lunch or money for concessions. Coal City High School is located at 655 W Division St, Coal City, IL. Admission for spectators is $8 for adults, $6 students, and free for kids under 5.

              Naperville North Guard Contest – 1/27

              7:00 a.m. Arrive at EP, get into costume. Makeup and hair should be done at home. Details provided soon.
              7:30 a.m. Leave for Naperville North
              8:30 a.m. Unload, stretch in holding area
              9:07 a.m. Warmup
              9:28 a.m. Performance
              9:45 a.m. Watch other guards in SRA (our class – Round 1)
              10:45 a.m. Leave for EP
              approx. 11:45 a.m. Arrive at EP, unload equipment, change and hang uniform

              We will not stay for awards for this show, but you have an opportunity to watch a few of the other guards to get a feel for what our class looks like. Our holding area is NOT a locked classroom, so do NOT bring valuables with you. Eat a big breakfast and maybe a small, non-messy snack for the bus, but you won’t need cash for concessions or anything because there really won’t be time at this one.

              Parents are encouraged to come out and support your performance. Naperville North High School is at 899 Mill Street in Naperville. Admission to the contest is $9.00 for adults and $5 for kids under 10 and seniors.

              If parents would like to ride the bus to chaperone, please contact Mrs. Kazin directly.

                  There is a Music Booster Meeting on Monday, January 14th at 6:30 p.m. in the Leadership Room. Please join us!

                    Music Booster meeting Monday, December 3, at 6:30 p.m. in the Leadership Room, enter at the Sports Gate door in the main parking lot, take a left into the Lunch Room- the room is in the Lunch Room (glass enclosed).   Please come and find out what this great organization is about!

                    We would love to see all the behind the scene people who helped make our season a success- maybe you donated snacks, helped with uniforms, Color Guard  or choir dresses.  Perhaps you took time to help load or unload the truck with equipment or moved things to to field for the shows.  You may have also helped sell concessions for the Play or tickets.  We would love to see you at the Booster Meeting Monday, so we can share in some light appetizers and sweets as a thank you to you.  Without your help we couldn’t be as successful as we are.

                     

                    Please make sure you are checking the www.epchsbands.org web page.  Amy and Ken update it quite regularly to let us know what the Music Department has coming up.  With the Holiday Season upon us, there are going to be many opportunities to see the children perform.

                    December 15th is Breakfast with Santa at the High School- we are looking for some volunteers to donate sweets that morning- if you could donate please let us know.

                    December 15th is also the Madrigals Feaste dinner at the High School- check out the webpage for the order form.
